Maddie | 1920s Themed Downtown Pittsburgh Photo Session | Hopewell and Bethel Park Senior Portrait Photographer

I'm catching up on blogging my fall photo sessions! Here is Maddie's 1920s styled session in Pittsburgh! I love love love shooting in Pittsburgh. Clients and potential clients, if you're reading this, ask me to take your photos in Pittsburgh and I'll gladly say YES :D Maddie chose a 1920s theme for her session, and I figured the Cultural District would be perfect! (Since I did Abbie's photos there over the summer, I knew what it looked like!) So what is a styled session? Well before her photoshoot, I talked to Maddie about her ideas. She actually had a few different ideas! She talked about wanting something vintage, or also 1920s, or also super edgy; she couldn't decide! I was there to help. I went online and put together a few looks, using outfits & jewelry that were available for me to rent. I showed her 5 options and she liked the 1920s one the best! So I rented the gatsby inspired dress, headband, and fur stole. Then Maddie tried it on and loved it! She she added these gorgeous vintage pearl earrings which really pulled the whole look together! I am obsesssssssing over the photos in front of the Benedum and Heinz Hall. She looked so regal and classy!  Next we headed over to this alley that I found on google maps, called Strawberry Alley! It has this super colorful mural right on the road itself! We took a few shots there and we also got some dance photos. Maddie is a wicked talented dance and she makes it look so easy! I am thrilled with how all these photos turned out! Thanks for a great evening, Maddie!
